The ‘Next Level’ is a player mentoring and progression programme created to support talented footballers who are ready to step into higher levels of the game. Built on years of experience across grassroots, academy football, non‑league, the Football League and the Scottish Premier League. The programme provides players with the guidance, structure and preparation needed to make that transition successfully.
The programme is experience‑led, player‑focused, and assessment‑driven. Every player recommended through the programme is personally evaluated to ensure they meet the technical, tactical, physical and psychological demands of the level they’re being put forward for.
The mission is simple:
To bridge the gap between potential and opportunity — and to give clubs access to players who are genuinely ready for the next step.
The programme works to build strong, trusted relationships with scouts and recruitment departments across England, Scotland and Wales, providing them with players who have been properly mentored, prepared and assessed.

The Next Level is designed to repeat those success stories.
This is a personalised mentoring programme built for players who want to maximise their potential, sharpen their habits, and put themselves in the strongest possible position to be recognised.
If you’re serious about progressing, this is where your next level begins.
Stage 1. Personal Introduction Call
We start with a phone conversation with the player (or parent if the player is aged under 18) to understand:
> Your football journey so far
> Your goals and ambitions
> Your strengths and areas for development
> What you want to achieve next
What happens after the phone call ?
The player if aged 18 or over (and parent of any player aged under 18) will have full information on ‘The Next Level’ complete programme that offers multiple development opportunities.
Stage 2. Player Assessment (Live Fixture or Video Footage)
The player (or parent if the player is under 18 years of age) will receive a written player assessment report. Players are assessed on their performance with a focus on the following;
> Technical ability
> Tactical understanding
> Physical attributes
> Psychological traits
> Overall Full Match Performance
